Estimated investment and business plan.
Royalty / brand fee and/or annual purchase proposal.
Company registration and trade licence copies.
Day-to-day operation shall be undertaken by the selected partner, subject to MILMA approval.
All investment, operating costs, statutory liabilities and commercial risks shall be borne by the partner.
The Milma CHILMIL brand and related intellectual property shall remain the exclusive property of MILMA.
The partner shall obtain and maintain all required host-country licences and approvals and shall be responsible for food safety and product quality.
